Youre the man! This is exactly what I ordered so this was extremely helpful! Thank you my good man.
ОтветитьCan you imagine going by and saying hey let's buy the house with all those wires on it.
ОтветитьI’m using the cat six cable so I am not using the external power. Can I cut the 2 extra wires because I’m going through a 10 inch deep in a wall I don’t want extra wire to get hung up inside a wall.
ОтветитьCan i know which model of reolink camera was used ?
ОтветитьWon't the system overheat from being in the attic?
ОтветитьI noticed you didn’t run the wire through the hole in the center of the bracket where it would be hidden behind the camera. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be?
ОтветитьGreat video and Information. Appreciate you sharing this to give a comprehensive overview of what needs to happen.
ОтветитьCan you please tell me an average price charge from a reputable installer with this system for 4 cameras? Thank you
ОтветитьCan you do another video on how to set up this system via smartphone app? I can’t figure it out…
Ответитьbackground noise (music) is distracting , had to stop watching, no need for it what so ever! also it like watch the vid in 2x speed!
Ответитьnice diaganoal wire installation!!
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me how much video you can expect to store with 2tb on a 4 cam system?
ОтветитьBad mouse ,bad cable??
ОтветитьAs someone who does this for a living, I have tons of suggestions lol
Ответитьcan you view all the cameras recorded playback at the same time?
Ответитьdont leav the camera cables exposedd someone can cut them!
ОтветитьROFL more like 150 a line drop and we use Plenum cable also, we use outdoor camera boxes so you do not have to drill such a large hole also, we seal the hole we drilled as well.
ОтветитьHow much should I charge a person to install them when they don't have eletrical outlets their
ОтветитьYou got me to subscribe cause you sound pumped to wire your house. But then when you said: it s FREE! Thanks take care
ОтветитьCan I record off my server hard drive?
ОтветитьVery helpful thank you! Just wondering. Can i hook this to my tv then just switch inputs to view cameras or do i need a separate monitor just for cameras?
ОтветитьThe video says "how to" and then you say to hire somebody else to do the wire drops...
ОтветитьNEVER Leave your connects coming out of the camera at the top!!!! NEVER!!!! camera won’t last a year due too weather damage rest of the install was good
ОтветитьHeighth
ОтветитьThe included cables work perfectly fine
ОтветитьThanks! Glad that I just watched and found out about the cat6 riser cable, cause I was just going to use the supplied cat5 cable. Just ordered all cat6 supplies just in time for Christmas for my Reolink 4k 8 cam, 16ch. 4tb system, that I know I'm getting! Again thanks, on how to crimp and set up my line drops!!
ОтветитьGreat video thanks 😊
Ответитьis the nvr noisy?
ОтветитьHow many camera can it record at the same time? I read one source saying 16 is the maximum cameras the DVR can record at the same time. Can I have more than 16 cameras by adding another DVR? Do you think this is possible?
ОтветитьCan you plug poe cable straight to your router
ОтветитьIt works well do far
ОтветитьHey thanks for the video! I was looking at the same Reolink system. I also live in LV and have the same type of soffit. I was wondering if you could install these cameras on either 2x4 under there? Trying to think of the best way to hide the wires
ОтветитьCan all the cameras connect to an Ethernet switch w Cat 6 cable and then connect the switch to the NVR or do all cameras have to connect directly to NVR?
ОтветитьHow do you erase the NVR
Ответить"they're virtually weather resistant!"
uhh, what?
do you need outside power injector or does it inject power for cameras from dvr?
Ответитьhi I get one of this dvd I'm did all connection camera show on it connected with the internet but on my monitor can't see anything just said video lose ,any advice
ОтветитьI had to listen to this video with he sound off such an awesome video ruined with stupid sounds
ОтветитьVery nice except the cables showing outdoor ,is worse Than having a wood system 😢
ОтветитьWhose bright idea was to have black cable tails you can't remove on a white camera
ОтветитьJust curious, Do you have to use a monitor connect to the back of the NVR to view the camera system and configuration? Could I put the Reolink software on my PC and view it over the internet via IP address or some other way. I would like to be able to just pull the cameras up on my computer if need be without going to my network closet? Also, can you have the app on multiple mobile devices? I would like to add it to a wall mounted Ipad next to my front door for easy viewing with the reolink doorbell feed and when we have deliveries and such. Appreciate the information. I am not to familiar with REOlink and trying to make a choice.
ОтветитьGot a ballpark estimate for $400 per line. Seattle area. Nope. Going to do it myself now. I have a couple tricky ones with no direct access to attic, so will need to run conduit on the outside of the house about 40 feet to get it to the attic. Maybe the $400 estimate was high, but they charge to come to my house for an accurate estimate.
ОтветитьI will ABSOLUTELY utilize someone to do the line drop!! No brainier....GREAT IDEA!!
ОтветитьYou’re a network engineer but hired someone to run CAT cables 😢
ОтветитьIf it’s EIFS stucco you will need longer screws. That stuff isn’t strong enough to secure things. I know. It’s on my home.
ОтветитьCan the cable hole align with the center of the mount so cable isn't exposed?
ОтветитьAny recommendation of cables that don't cost so much?
ОтветитьI have no clue how to wire CAT6 cables for this. Can you please help with some guidance?
Ответить
