ОтветитьRent yield is 3℅ and property is in developing area where price are not Saturated where cagr is 10-12 ℅ with the 20℅-30℅ down payment of yours and rest amount from the bank where you are also getting approx 15% return on the bank loan amount and paying the home loan with 7-9℅ intrest rate. Approx 6percent return on bank loan and 15℅ on 20-30% of your own money.
