There's that one "Incredible Storyboard Jam" by the Rugrats team, Fleischer Studios put raunchy material in their works all the time, Ralph Bakshi directed 2 X-rated cartoons, Once Upon a Girl was made by a who's who of the animation industry, John K. is... John K., Rebecca Sugar drew all of those NSFW works that were on her LiveJournal profile, and this phenomenon is compounded in the Japanese scene.

Take a look at the Phineas & Ferb/Milo Murphy’s Law collaboration, a Disney cartoon. Baljeet is explaining how Phineas & Ferb’s luck, cancels out Milo’s bad luck effect, the diagram shows two “circles” and a growing “shaft” while Baljeet appears to say “in a desired direction” but if you listen closely he’s actually saying “desired erection”
