The kids is probably the same age as Antonio or a bit older which mean, they not born yet when Mirable gift ceremony went wrong, and who knows their parents might decided to keep quite about Mirable because they respect Abuela.

I kinda noticed a little goof in the Dos Oruguitas scene, not that this one's important or anything. Where was the backpack Pedro was carrying while he and Alma were fleeing their home? It was nowhere when Alma broke down crying after seeing Pedro get murdered, he wasn't wearing it during the very last moments of his life, and he couldn't have even put it on Alma because she had an armful of babies and a candle

Actually Dolores section and others that u think was a mistake actually are not like Antonio's door if u read the Twitter comment they posted or a theorist theories about this then u will understand y am not good at explaining

1. When Mirabel was about to sing the first song, while answering to the kids she was just part of the amazing Madrigals, the picture on the wall was positioned at a low level, then it becomes very high afterwards.
2. When everyone was partying at Antonio's room, granny told everyone to take a picture and people were moving forward, then it ended up only the family members were in the photoshoot lol.
3. When Mirabel turned into The Flash, there's people still dancing and kids running around at the lobby in slow-mo, after Mirabel ran back to inform about the cracks, nobody was at the lobby anymore.

The reason the fish lady disappeared is because the people visible were those singing in the background and her section is short and followed by Delores' section.

I don't think anyone has noticed this but look carefully at Mirabel and Antonio when they touch the candle and then their doorknobs. When Mirabel touched the candle she whipped her hand on her dress and the door disappeared while Antonio just touched the candle and then straight to his doorknob.
