I used to think that someday I will have pretty things.. but now 10 years later I'm starting to doubt

These are not boots they’re tanks. Craftsmanship like this is incredible.

The Overlander reminds me of a higher quality redwing 899. Which is a compliment.

I am about to purchase these boots but I don’t know what size. I printed out the sizing guide but it shows my foot at the 11.5 or 12 and in almost every shoe or boot I purchase I buy size 13 so it just doesn’t make sense. I could do the try on but Does nicks send multiple sizes to try or would it be this extremely lengthy process for finding out my size sense these are made to order and non refundable

Are these available in roughout or waxed flesh?

Last month I ordered Urban Drifter (chocolate smooth, 8" top with natural edge and v100 lug soles). I just found out now from this video that what I ordered was in fact an Overlander / Officer's boots or so seems. This is really cool, and now I am really really excited. I can't wait any longer...

Can I get a stock overlander but with a regular kiltie instead of the short one?

This is a Red wing 899. I'm glad Nicks is finally making this boot. I've been asking for it for years. Red Wing stopped making it 10 years ago. I never knew why. Ordered!

The only reason I went with the Urban Loggers over these was the lead time. If I end up liking/loving the UL's, I'll most likely buy these at some point.

31 weeks and 2 days...still no boots. Promised a 10% discount for my troubles, still no discount. From Grant " hands on 3 hours per boot" plus soak/dry time. So 3 days tops...? 16- 20 week lead time turned to 16- 24. But 31 weeks?? Ridiculous. So much more to say.

I've been researching boots for the past couple weeks. I think this is my new boot. It looks perfect. It has everything I'm looking for in a boot.

Gore Tex lined would be great for breathability and water proofing . Can’t wait to get a pair of nicks though .

Are these goodyear welted?

are these boots okay for daily wear on concrete/being in an urban environment, or are they too hard for that?

I'd buy me some but I'm not gonna wait up to 30 weeks to get them.
