We just moved into our condo first floor. We were the only ones on our floor but u go down the hallway, 3 steps, down more and then another one at the end. My new puppy had been barking at the corner that would face the end of the hallway- always at night. Non stop. One night we were being loud and suddenly the police banged on our door. They asked who was the landlord and we told them it was individually owned. They were asking questions abt our neighbor we never met but we had nothing for them. They tried kicking down her door but to no avail. The next day they had hazmat guys going thru the window. She was a hoarder and her fam called for a welfare check. She has been dead for a week and fell through a hole in her bathroom. Took 3 days to find her. My dog stopped barking after that.

So I can say with certainty that #4 is probably a power surge in the fire alarm system due to malfunction. The lights in older hotels will flash like that to let deaf customers know that the fire alarm is going off and to evacuate the building. Clearly there was a malfunction in the system because the siren itself wasn't going off.

Not possible for a ghost to escape non living world into a living world. God and angels protect the living world from ghosts.
