Best instructional I've seen, clear angle of hands and knot, clear instructions.. keep these coming!
ОтветитьWill it slide along the pole less than the single constrictor knot??
ОтветитьThank you very much for such a well explained and clear instructional!
ОтветитьI absolutely love this not. Why would you ever do a clove hitch when you know this one. This and the constricor are my 2 favourites
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьI transported a big table today as I departed my apartment building using a hand truck and this knot tied at either end of a single wrap of similar diameter paracord. My neighbor, aghast at the rigging, repeatedly cautioned the load would separate and crash (for effect, I left only an inch of working Paracord dangling from both knots). I responded, knot a chance as I rolled the load with ease down three flights of steps & out the main entrance. Many thanks for a great tutorial.
TRUST !!
I'm not claiming that I've watched everyone but you are one of the best explainers of knots that I've seen so far because you do it from the point of view as if I was doing it so I don't have to try to constantly turn myself around to make sure I'm doing it right. I I think you understand how confusing the knots can be when you're trying to learn how to tie them. or at least they are, at times, to me. Sometimes I find myself having to watch 5,6,7 times to get it right. And I'm not trying to put down anyone else that does tutorials. I do appreciate your help
ОтветитьWhat is the defference between the Double Constrictor knot and the Boa Knot? Are there any and what is the difference? If you know, pleas let me know.
ОтветитьThe fold method for this is rather neat. Make 2 mirrored overhand turns with each end, leaving a little slack between them in the line. Flip each turn over the other's standing end and fold them down towards each other under the slack. The slack should naturally become a loop between the 2 turns and you can pull it down to be the same size as the 2 turns. Insert your object through and cinch it down.
ОтветитьIf the mighty constrictor is not enough, a double constrictor will do the job.
Thanks for the guide.
Legend has it that the triple constrictor knot was the one Alexander the Great had to undo with a sword.
ОтветитьWould this work for tying a knot for hand made brooms? (where the material underneath isn't solid, but organic - like pine needle brooms)?
ОтветитьI know tham all
ОтветитьI use the single constrictor often but now, I will using the double as my “go to “ knot.
ОтветитьVery easy to follow, thank you!
ОтветитьThis is the same way I all ways tie the knot
ОтветитьAwesome!!
ОтветитьThank you for the instruction! Great post!!
ОтветитьAm incredible knot that I never knew about. Thank you!
ОтветитьWow , Cheers , that’s a tight knot
