For P45M, would have been best if all rooms has its own toilet & bath. Also, they shld have included the cook top already for their asking price

No cooktop sa main kitchen? And ang sikip ng auxiliary kitchen, walang pag papatungan ng mga lulutuin. No space for a table. The ref is beside the door so pag binuksan yung door and may tao, sorry na lang. Another thing is ung damit ng helper eh siguraro mangangamoy ulam. Common toilet for bedrooms 2 and 3, really? Yung space sa tabi ng bedroom 2 na ginawang, di ko alam kung para saan, dapat ginawa na lang na cr yan. Hindi to masyado pinag isipan. And last, mukhang yung landscaper lang ang may magandang contribution.

Napakarami ko nang napanood na house tours, compare to other countries Philippines house designs are so underwhelming and so way behind!, mas magaganda pa ang mga house tours sa Malaysia and Vietnam.Napaka unrealistic ang market price, really!? that’s what anyone can get for 45,000,000 pesos!?.THIS IS CRAZY!
