I would just laser...stay consistent and keep going until the hair is gone. For the ones that the laser cannot kill the follicle because of the color, I would do electrolysis. It's more expensive up front but then you're done and you never have to pay for it again. Plus you don't have to let the hair grow out. I did my bikini, best decision ever. Go to laser places that have a first time client discount.

Does laser or electrolysis not hell this condition? Seems waxing doesnt resolve the hyperpigmentation either. The hair must be removed completely for the skin condition to improve.
