Hi Just a query I have, in my salary discussion HR has mentioned that once i joined i will be eligible for Rs.25K smart phone amount. Can you tell me is this kind of reimbursement like we purchased at any online or offline and submit the bill then get the reimbursement amount and are there any time constraints like how much time I have to spend the organisation if I get this phone? Do we have to return this phone if we left the org and can i use this phone for personal use. And last i have seen people are showing Iphone on Deloitte Smart phone program...is it ture..how things works here...please explain me 😊

This facility was not mentioned in the offer letter, I received last month. My joining is in June for Deloitte USI.
