Many videos are there about handwriting notes, bt they show 10-12 apps. We don't have that much time. We only need 1 best app which does all the work. Which is pdf reading, taking notes and add diagram to the pdf and do the annotations. Can we do all these in a single app.?
A single time purchase will also do. Bt the app must work in offline mode because my pad is wifi variant only. We don't have net connection everywhere.
