Inspiration is very necessary in life. Every person suffers from depression in one way or another. And to find success from depression, motivational stories are very necessary in our life.❤

There was one word that popped into my mind while watching this video - procrastination.
For those that don't know what this is it's the act of failing to do something that must be done because it is boring or difficult and unfortunately there is too much of it in sectors like the workplace.

I have had employers saying to me that they will get me to take a short course in something that I needed to learn and it hasn't happened, I have also asked (after my colleagues had done the same thing before me) my employer for things like my wage slips and to get a second key for a stockroom cut because one of my colleagues had the only key to that stockroom and we were wasting precious work time running after our colleague to ask for this key whenever we needed it.
I got fed up with asking my employer for these 2 things so I took the one key and got a double cut within a day, then I wrote a firm but polite letter to my employer telling her she is obliged to send me my wage slips every month which fortunately she took heed off and thanks to my letter my colleagues all got their wage slips that they weren't given previously.
Procrastination can destroy a person's life and businesses but if one person doesn't give it a real kick up its rear end, it will just keep creating an endless toxic cycle.

This is why the dharmachackra wheel is set up as a wheel, it turns, it’s like a clock, when you study the dhammapda, Gautama shows how we get stuck sometimes in life, because of having wrong views, wrong, actions, wrong efforts, wrong concentrations etc the eight fold path, shows us diligence over negligence, for diligence is the right concentration, by focusing on the right things. Just like the clock, it has gears, if some knobs or gears are facing the wrong direction, it causes the clock to stop, and the gears grind.

We too will get stuck if we don’t have the right ways of living. This is also explained well in the Kusita-Arambhavatthu Sutta: one of my favorites. It’s called the 8 grounds for laziness. Procrastination, sloth and laziness is your enemy, Diligence, Prudence and energetic, is your friend.

The same way Solomon from the Bible teaches us that Wisdom is over folly, knowledge is greater than ignorance, as light excells darkness. Jim rhon always explains this like a garden, once you let the weeds seep in, you will lose your flowers and food, to think any other way is naive, the weeds will take your garden whether you like it or not, so the only way to save your garden, is to take action and kill the weeds, this is why Solomon says in Ecclesiasties, there is a time to love and a time to hate, you have to hate the weeds, if you love your garden, so too with obstacles in your way, you have to hate being organized, this rial up, with make you love prudence, by writing things down, collaborating on them, and taking action.

The bagavad Gita in Hinduism Shiva states the same thing, action is over inaction. Our holy books are so packed with awesome teachings, but we must practice them, for their relays the key to success.

Thank you for sharing these, I read my dhammapada and bible, Quran and Gita along with some stoic and havamal teachings. As Gautama Buddha says, a man cannot live without a spiritual life. I found that out to be true, you cannot just rely on pragmatism, you don’t know everything, so being practical and utilizing philosophies is your first step to movement, being practical, but the 3rd level is spiritualism, I truly believe in the higher power are sources of our energy, so by tapping into them, with things that seem to not make sense, should be done as well, like Solomon says, lean not upon your own understanding, acknowledge him and God will make your path straight.
