Anyways here is a fried chicken recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken pieces (drumsticks or thighs)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with a splash of vinegar)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- Pour the buttermilk into a bowl and soak the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes.
2. Make the Flour Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Coat the Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
- Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
4. Fry the Chicken:
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F
(175°C).

- Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Fry for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Drain and Serve:
- Remove the chicken and let it drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
