Maybe an L take from my side but when I think competitive I think about making choices based on skill and creativity of what is presented to you. Customs / packs etc today is all / much about playtime and learning set teams and thats not "skilled" to me.
I'm still waiting for a blind random mode where most players would be on more even terms and making choices based on what you get and not relying on high rolling because you know you have built and learned a set pack.

Although its been a while since I've played sap I feel like teamwood do such a good job at this game.

main threshold for customs rn is building packs for me, it's still quite cumbersome and not very fun.

not sure what they could do to improve? in game pack sharing and browsing? auto fill?
