YUUUUUMMMMMM
Son of a gun... I went right to my kitchen and made this for lunch.
It was good but only Spam good. Here's the recipe.
Spam and mushroom gravy
Slice spam
Add ¼ cup cooking oil
Fry until golden brown on both sides
Remove spam
Remove oil
Add 2 tbl spoons butter
Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
Set aside shrooms
Add 2 Tbsp all purpose flour and mix to rue
Add in beef broth cube and mix in
Add 1 cup water and stir
Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Add ground black pepper
Add sliced shrooms
Mix
Then lay spam out on plate and pour gravy on top.
How do you get rid of the salt can't have all that sodium
Ответить👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьThat looks really good!
Probably good on rice.
Probably good on slices of toast.
Luv any spam recipe.... I just don't tell my cardiologist. Anyone try the can of spam with bacon? FABULOUS.... lol
ОтветитьBlow me away.... there I was thinking it's another fry Spam something no one knows about..... rubbish
ОтветитьI cook Spam on a charcoal grill.
ОтветитьYUM
ОтветитьHard Pass
ОтветитьWhy use oil? It has enough fat..
ОтветитьThe mushrooms look like they’re from a can? Put an egg on top and call it a “SPAM Moco”. 😂
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьDIRTY FINGER NAILS SHOULD BE CLEAN FOR COOKING!
Ответитьsaaaaaalty
ОтветитьAdd diced /sliced taters also as we are all Iriish or Scottish in a 15 County region , basically hillbillies is what we are called by most folks
ОтветитьThere is not a pantry in a home in rural Kentucky that does not have a can of Armour brand only spam, potted meat, vienna sausages & usually many cans, do not buy Libby's brand as it is not close in taste & actually is awful
ОтветитьYour pans too hot bro
ОтветитьI get all my SPAM in e-mails 😡
Ответитьhow other people eat the SPAM not reducing salt , becox it is too salty , I love SPAM but I don't know why it is too salty
ОтветитьThere’s a reason no one knows this recipe, should have kept it that way
ОтветитьMy lord… all that salt!
ОтветитьPlease give the measurements like: one cup, two tablespoons, etc.
Ответить?
ОтветитьBasically, Salisbury (Steak) Spam?
ОтветитьGag
ОтветитьMy late Mother introduced me to Spam /Treet back in the 70's. love this stuff ! Thanks for sharing your recipe .
ОтветитьI don't know if fried to brown canned meatloaf will survive until the sauce is finished.
ОтветитьDamn I'm hungry now... thank you for sharing. Will definitely give this a try.
Ответить😋
ОтветитьLost me at 'canned' mushrooms.
Fresh or no-go.
Also, reading the replies I'm shocked majority don't even realize how bad 'cooking oil' is.
Vegetable, peanut, canola, etc. are crap and toxic, leading to numerous health issues.
EVOO and butter are all that should be used for cooking anything.
Rookie
ОтветитьThe proper way to cook spam is slice it real thin. Place on a cedar plank. Put plank in a fire. Cook until spam is black. Scrape off the spam. Eat the cedar plank. Mmmm
Ответитьgross
ОтветитьLooks delicious
ОтветитьLove it in Ramen
ОтветитьPlease stop using seed oils 👊🏻😎👍🏻
ОтветитьI used to thumb my nose at Spam. One day someone made me a fried Spam sandwich. I was instantly hooked. I always have some on hand.
ОтветитьOutstanding!!!
ОтветитьThat looks yummy 💙 I often use spam on pizza or in salads, and I love mushrooms.
ОтветитьTry coating the spam in batter and deep fry, it’s even more tastier, served in most local fish and chip shops in the UK, called a spam fritter.
ОтветитьI am an Eastern Orthodox Christian. We are fasting for two weeks (eating vegan). At the end of that I am making a spamwich with mayonnaise.
ОтветитьNobody knows this recipe except the 2.2 million that viewed it 🤣
ОтветитьABSOLUTELY!!! Maybe serve with fried eggs, hash browns, and biscuits…whew…. Kentucky
ОтветитьSPAM....the traditional Hawaiian food. The domesticated "spams" that are farm raised for canning, are rectangular creatures. After removal of the front and rear legs..... they fit perfectly in those blue cans.
JUST KIDDING 🤗
Went to Spam museum several years ago, was actually really interesting. They have several varieties that are for export but believe you can them on line from factory. We grew up on Spam, BBQ spam, fried with potatoes, toasted Spam sandwiches. I carry it on my truck for emergency meals when can't overnight in a truck stop.
ОтветитьSpam Musubi is the only way to fly.
ОтветитьYeh! Fried spam . That’s new.
ОтветитьI fry up spam and put maple syrup on it. Yummy.
ОтветитьFried spam sandwich is how I usually eat it. With a bit of ketchup and mustard I'm good to go.
ОтветитьStacking sodium on sodium! I'd eat it though.
