Personally, I believe that for engineers must be very difficult to succeed in the immigration field, they are very cold minded and calculating. Immigration to Canada is not a mathematic system, percent or statistics, you need passion, love for your clients, a warm heart and mercy to understand their personal's circumstances. Doesn't matter where we come from, we are all the same and we are all with the same purpose, to make Canada our home. If I were you, I would no criticizing other colleagues or call them as you do the "Western" consultants, that is very racist and discriminatory comment, the fact that you need to spend all these hours giving lectures for free on line in your different platforms criticizing other professionals, is proof that your ethics are not in place and at the end of the day, still you are looking desperately for clients. Experienced professional in any field have something that you still need to learn and gain, respect for others, humility and integrity.
