It's not possible to get more than 6 hours of sleep....I sleep next to my husband and end up being woken up anytime he decides he wants to grab my butt or boobs. ОтветитьAs for exercise... i can only jog like, 500m per evening with another round of walk. Is that bad? Because i just started physical excercises, and i would be dead with intense worrkouts
