I dont eat, dont drunk, exercise daily, dont eat alot of carbs and sugae, no disease whatsoever (checked at hospital) but my stomach kinda annoying as shit. Makes me looks goofy even tho my arm shoulder and chest kinda toned for a man sized like me

It's not possible to get more than 6 hours of sleep....I sleep next to my husband and end up being woken up anytime he decides he wants to grab my butt or boobs. Or when he coughs or decides he wants to move near me and cuddle me. I run hotter so I need space. I immediately wake up because I get hot soon as he puts his arms or legs around me. And I'm a light sleeper. Have been ever since having kids. I wake up to him getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I haven't gotten a full uninterrupted night's sleep in 15 years

I have around 19% BF, but I still have a lower belly. Upwards from my belly button everything's flawless and toned, and downwards there's this huge protruding pouch. As for exercise... i can only jog like, 500m per evening with another round of walk. Is that bad? Because i just started physical excercises, and i would be dead with intense worrkouts
