Ebrahim Raisi, Iranian President:

"No doubt, the hand of global arrogance is visible behind this (killing of Revolutionary Guard senior member Hassan Sayyad Khodaei). Those who were defeated in the field at the hands of the defenders of the shrine (Revolutionary Guards) want to show their despair and anger in this way. I emphasise (the) serious pursuit of this by security officials and I have no doubt that revenge for the pure blood of this great martyr is assured."
