How to Create a New User Account in Windows 11

I jsut did this for my son on my PC. After the first sign in, its taking forever on yhe setting things up screen. "still working on a few things," is what i see now.

i made a new account and everything but it doesnt show up on the sign in page??

When I try to log into the new account it doesn’t let me any help??

I dont want the User 1 to access my files which are in the User2 account. How do i deal with it?
For now it can be accessed through:
Local disk c> Users> User2 .
but i dont want it so. Can I change it?

Is it safe to make another user account? Could you get locked out of your first user account?

That is STILL a Microsoft account... For a MUCH EASIER way to create a local account, that takes only 30 seconds, run PowerShell as administrator, and then run: net user /add newusername newpassword

is there a way NOT to share desktops between users?
