ОтветитьI have never done any thing in a ballet. I am a 75 year old "gym rat" who has engaged in numerous aerobics, yoga, bosu ball and balance workouts. Despite my age I am in relatively good condition. This was indeed one of the tougher (if not toughest) balance exercise workouts I have done. It will take me a long time to master (even with modifications) this routine.
This is an excellent balance routine.👍
I’m training to go en pointe! I have the strength, but my balance is 👎🏽 I’ve been doing this every day and I can already see improvement!!

ОтветитьThis is helping me with my pirouettes immensely! I've had a hard time popping up too fast and was in desperate need of learning a way to control the way up. I loved the last exercise especially being in parallel, its helped my mind grasp how to pop up correctly. Thank you so very much.
