Randy why do you advertise space at beach front or any were in Newport Tn I have been there three times in last three months and even a month ago in jan 2024 and I keep being told there no place to put a new tiny house in Newport so I’m confused!!!!!!!!

The laundry room could be used as a part of a panrty. Which makes it a nicer place put more food in the house.

It's a beautiful home, but if you're saying it's at the beach, then showcase the beach because it feels like the beach and anywhere close to this lot, and if it were at the beach, that would be a primary selling point, and I'm quite sure y'all know this! I agree with some of the other comments that going upstairs is just too much, especially with an aging population, or god for bed, health, problems, arise, then that bedroom would be rendered useless. Also, I'm a tiny person, and I still wouldn't want to crouch up there, and if it were just to sleep, as a guest, that would be great, but you still need to make the bed, and to someone who has pain or doesn't have great mobility, making that bad would be a real bitch. Maybe, somehow they can construct a way to bring the room down lower. If you can buy the house separate from the lot, does that mean you can never take your house once you pay for it, if you no longer choose to live there? Also, is it build on a trailer, so it can be moved? I certainly wouldn't want to get stuck in one place, forever. After all, that is one of the perks of owning a tiny house. The porch is cute, but the wood just looks like basic, unfinished plywood, & it cheapens the beauty of the house, and the shed is kind of an epic fail, as well, I am curious as to why they didn't show us the inside of the shed, which is a selling point to any tiny house, especially for the price tag. I'm sorry for the woman could move in. I truly hope she's OK, and blessings and all the best to whomever makes this cute house their home.🥰🕊️🏡💖

Don't want my partner pooping with the no door bathroom while trying to prepare a meal in that kitchen! And id not be able to reach that microwave safely. Also no closet for coats for winter spring, rain.

I'd give up some space in the laundry room for a vanity in the bathroom. I hate the idea of brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink.

Can you do without the front window. Do another 10 ft on the end where the loft is for it to be bigger and so I could have a side by side washer dryer. No little cook top buy and drive away. Maybe change a few other things.

This could be a real winner if the bathroom was where the laundry room is and put the washer dryer where the shower is removing the wall making the kitchen feel larger.

All bathrooms need a lavatory! Nobody is going to wash their hands in a shower and it’s gross to go to the kitchen and do it!

The tiny homes are going crazy with pricing. Let’s see how many owners stay in these tiny places due a hurricane, tornado etc. Yes, you will eventually have one or both. I have lived thru many in Florida. I have a beautiful 819 sq ft condo on a 9 hole golf course. I live less than 700.00 a month including golf, laundry, cable, WiFi, trash, garbage, taxes etc. I only pay my electric and cell phone. I can walk to everything important to my life, including medical and hospital. In an emergency, EMT can reach me in 5 minutes. I paid cash 68,000 twenty years ago. They are not selling for 219,000. Tiny is NOT affordable in the long haul and not safe in bad weather.

I can get a 12×40 for less than $13 thousand and not have any neighbors nothing but woods

I love the tiny homes and would love to live in one, however the cost has soared so high on a tiny home.

Why you put the laundry room there? that place could be a NICER bathroom, and where is located now, could function easily as laundry and could have a good wardrobe from floor to ceiling ,and thank to that, that house could have a wider corredor or more storage in the wall facing the kitchen. and serously? Nobody may put their clothes hanging in the bath

And please don't be so greedy!! You could put more windows!! I don't understand how Americans design bathrooms without natural light and ventilation. JESUS!!

I love Incredible Tiny Homes! I love most of their designs, but I especially love their craftmanship. However, I see a missed opportunity with this particular model. They could put the bathroom where they have the laundry room and turn the bathroom into a pantry and laundry space. I think that would be a much wiser use of the space.

One more thing... I am not interested in living in a tiny home without an oven range. I have never seen and oven range in any model from Incredible Tiny Homes. Will they add an oven range by request?

Don’t palm trees bring the huge roaches; palmetto bugs? I love tiny homes but what happens when a hurricane comes? They’re not brick. Do you keep the wheels to move? Can’t it relocate and how to get power and water source?
So $200/mo Is great for a lifetime rental. I think it’s great to always be affordable but Realistically payment is too small to complete the payments. But many rent for a lifetime also. Ijs
