Can't stand raiding with a cut down raid leader. Learn some tact, knowing the fight isn't enough. And there was way too much micro management going on these players newbs?. A raid in here is filled with players that know the raid and come ready to shine. There is no I'm not sure what to do at this level. Pointing out clear errors is all there is to that with some tact.

I'm terrible at the game but just looking at the first boss I'm amazed how people keep standing in the blizzard and not getting behind the blocks, guess they play it like it was back in the day.

i read comments and people complain about "ninja looting"
I am pretty sure the people in the raid are aware of the fact that items like this are being taken by asmon. People complain on behalf of others who probably dont even care.
He said he wants the tanking trinket from Sapph, which seems fair since he is basically the MT in the raid and he did a fair roll on the dps trinket that dropped.
The item he "ninja loots" from KT is a quest item with a really high drop chance (addon he has says 87%, these type of items drop pretty much every time you kill the boss). These items typically get funneled towards GMs and officers first or are somewhat reserved.

The actual god item for warriors is the sword and he does a fair roll on it, loses and gives it out to whoever won. Taking this sword on top of the rest would be ninja looting.

Showing the quest that follows from getting this item has its value to the people watching, even when its just a hand in quest.

Also, its just PTR so nothing gained here sticks around anyways.

The people complaining in the comments are probably the people who never do raid lead and just the bare minimum for their guild but expect to be treated the same as GMs, officers and RL who make everything happen as well as people who help out their guild wherever they can.

Y'all remind me of the shaman from my old guild who refused to try and get his BWL attunement going so we can fill our raid but then be pissed a few days later when i dont funnel him t1 helm in MC.
