ОтветитьThe first time I took this particular class was 3 years ago, during lockdown. I did my first nearly full mermaid pose; I couldn’t get my hands all the way to grasp. I was 64. Today on the right side I Completed Mermaid with a full hand clasp.
So what if I can only do that on one side. So far.
absolutely loved this! second one for the day, and I wanted to push myself a little as I've been out of practice for a while. thank you! I love the sound of the birds in the background, it's the best!

ОтветитьKassandra, you outdid yourself today. Everytime I think a class was great, you went and bettered the other. This slow groove was fantastic This has got to be the most benefiting class for my body today. I was able to do the mermaid but, I did the stretching if the quad.

ОтветитьLoved this class! It was the perfect pace as I wasn't feeling super energetic today, and holding the poses a bit longer really helped me find more space and ease in my tight leg muscles :)

This was one of my favorites. And definitely more slow flow videos. I especially liked the movements that you integrated into the practice, such as the forward fold into baby wild thing. I skipped the shoulderstand & plow because of neck issues, and did legs up the wall instead, which I stayed in for savasana. I think next time i'll do bridge on a block instead so that I can also do the twists, which I also skipped to stay in legs up the wall.
