you brag about the engine for 2/3 of the video, then claim the "doomed" piece of the car.....is the engine? kinda sad to fulfill your clickbait title that way. and concerning the "Missing Shaker Hood" how bout except pointing out that the "hood vents" on this trim are fake, it's a full solid hood. and yes I'm a '23 Mach 1 owner, having the hood not vent kinda ticked me off, too.

On the scales at my local track Mach 1 auto's are around 3920-3950 and 6 speed car are 3840-3870. There's about a 70lb difference between the auto and manual.

This is an older video....but let me say, I DO "value a v8-manual" and I DID pick one up! Less than 1,000 miles on it in Jun'23 and it is SO much fun to drive. Almost every review says it is a complete, sorted, engaging package and I agree. When these cars go away, our children will be BEGGING us to teach them how to drive and enjoy these cars. So happy I got one of the last Mach 1s (I cant handle the "2-IPad interior" of the S650). I smile, and even laugh, every time I get to drive my Mach1.

Electric cars aren’t cars! They are batteries with a frame that the dealer can turn on and off at anytime. They are garbage. I will never buy a piece of crap electric car because mr trip and fall says I have too. Where is the infrastructure for these so called cars? Biden is out in 2024 and Trump is in. I have no respect for anyone with a battery/ frame car. They will be able to shut your engine down if you miss a payment. You see woman and fems driving electric cars. Never!

Exactly my brand new 2022 Mustang 5.0 has a manual, 450 horsepower. Why is a Mach 1 imore expensive?? I think 10 gears in a car is ridiculous. When are you ever going to be in 10th gear. Are the gears that low. I really never go over 4000 rpm’s. I can’t see a tank going at 7000 all the time. Everything can break. The manual transmission is awesome except I hate first gear. It’s like you take off and immediately have to shift. I just think Ford puts out so many different types of Mustang they rip you off. 30 more horsepower for like 20,000 dollars more? Give me a break. I drive my car every day to work and back. 38 miles to work, 38 miles back. 10 gears ??? Vs 6.

Nice car but the 3 1/2 is still better. What this car needs is the “Fathouse Performance” treatment!!! Then it will be a badass…. As long as Ford suits keep putting these slow AF motors in these cars yet raise the price ridiculously, they’ll never get it! Clueless

EVs are more reason to buy this. Governments are unintentionally going to skyrocket the value of old gas cars. The bans are on new cars, not on old ones.

I'm late to the video. But I got my 2021 mustang mach 1 custom ordered for 7% below MSRP. I added every option and package except for the rear seat delete.

58k$ and some change. My window sticker was 63,495$ I dont think it's over priced for what I got. I'm extremely happy with it. I'm 29, I bought it when I was 28, and it's my first ever car that I ordered from the factory. I did get the 10 speed auto, because I have knee issues after completely tearing my ACL in half. I still drive a manual from time to time, but since I plan on keeping this car for the rest of my life, I figured the automatic would be better since I know I need knee replacement surgery. I'm just holding off on it, so that I might only need 1 knee replacement surgery in my lifetime.

The car is so fun to drive, and accelerates so fast. I absolutely love it.

So far I have gotten it up to 145mph. That adrenaline is exhilarating.

Love the emotianal approach to the emotional car - thats what it is all about. No lap times, no 0-60 times, no rational arguments .. it‘s the pure emotion driving such a mach 1 and having a great time even going slow ! Very good review !

Nah 10 speed auto is the best and faster and has paddle shift.

I have a 2022 mach 1 10 speed auto and i love it .has everything fighter jet gray recaro leather elight package magniride digital dash. Brembos breaks.

Have you seen how long it takes to put out EV cars battery fires?? Did you see F150 batteries die after towing 100 miles? Did you see California say no combustion engines after 2035 and a week later say no charging EV cars due to electricity shortage? Have you seen replacement battery costs? Have you seen the damage done to the earth from mining for lithium?

Ford nailed it with this “parts bin” car they definitely used all of the right parts especially the tremec 6 spd, why couldn’t they have built the bullit in the same manner for us who prefer a more understated styled Stang.

S550 GT's 2015-2022 models with heritage / digital dash board clusters and air vents sure to become more collectible now Ford ditched it for full lcd display is very controversial. This is not a Mustang dash anymore and looks like bmw M style wtf? I bet if sales and feedback not so great the V2 of this will have option for a real Mustang dash . Remember Jeep CJ tried to change their front light from iconic round to square people hatted it. Then Porsches 911 changed to the fried egg look front lights. People complained hatted it .Due to public disapproval Jeep and Porsche changed back to what people wanted . Will we see a revised real Mustang dash after this version ?

I thought about one of these, but the local dealers were marking them up so high (and not budging), that I found a lightly used 19 GT350 R instead for less. I think it’s great that Ford used so much of the 350 for the Mach 1 to make it the best manual transmission Mustang available now.

For that price you can basically get a ZL1. Game over at that point
