ОтветитьHis timing is so “relaxed” with out being late….. awsome.
ОтветитьJust like people , all music performances are not always “ perfect” but that’s not why we listen. We listen to hear the “soul” of the artist. Imperfections and all. …..but some “people” are more perfect than others…. I give you, Coltrane, Bird, Oscar Peterson, Keith Jarrett……..
ОтветитьKelly wery cool👍😎
ОтветитьGood Lord what awesome music and soloing. Thanks for sharing this.
ОтветитьBest timing and pitch ever
ОтветитьБоже мой!!!! Как я счастлив, что могу эоо слышать!!! Спасибо мои гении!!! Вы дали мне радость!!!
ОтветитьQuand j'écoute des génies cela me transforme immédiatement en abrutis. Je ne comprends pas le mode hypopophrigien et donc à part de comprendre que je ne comprendrai jamais, je ne comprends rien. C'est trop fort et trop beau pour moi. Dans une autre vie peut-être... 😅
ОтветитьThese cats are RIDICULOUS!!! 😂. Chop my fingers and………….THOW EM’ AWAY!!!

ОтветитьWhen I need to be thankful for my blessings, this piece is where I go
ОтветитьThis is one of the videos that got me into jazz almost 20 years ago!
ОтветитьAs a young trumpet player I was a Miles clone until I met Philly Joe .One day he told me as I was practicing along with a Miles Davis tune in his house in Germantown he said you ain't never going to be a Miles Davis you got to do you and from that point on I still copied miles solos .I figured if it's good enough for miles it's good enough for me.
Ответить색소포니스트가 7년 뒤, 베이시스트가 9년 뒤, 피아니스트가 11년 뒤 죽었다는 사실이 나를 뭔가 슬프게 한다
ОтветитьI counted, the beat is 210 in the beginning then at the end it’s almost 240
ОтветитьThe greatest jazz quintet ever assembled…hands down!!!!!
Ответить👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьReminds me again why I prefer acoustic piano to what came later, regardless of the greatness of the playing
Ответитьアレンジはマイルスクインテットのヴァージョンなのね。
ОтветитьASMy heart still beats thanks
ОтветитьSensational rendition of one of the greatest jazz tunes of all time Period!!!!!
ОтветитьYES Perfect, beau Génial Neuf!
ОтветитьThis was beautiful. I hope Gen Z's are able to find a way to come back to this music. None of that one minute long stuff.
ОтветитьColtranes 2nd solo does exactly that...the first time i heard this version i couldnt stop the tears. But im a little biases, i tear up at MANY John Coltrane songs. Village Blues breaks me all the way down - its the song that represents my late father. uh oh, i think imma need some tissue...;-)
ОтветитьColtrane is legendary. Even more so because his quartet had one of the greatest jazz pianists to ever live in McCoy Tyner. His voicings are so unique and the way he envisions and plays chord progressions throughout his time in the Coltrane Quartet could be a dissertation in of itself.
Ответитьoverlooked here is the beauty of wynton kellys paint-name me a pianist who has done the intro better ?
ОтветитьLo mejor en su estilo
ОтветитьTrance doesn’t need special effects.
ОтветитьThe Master of Jazz 🎷
ОтветитьI feel transported to a musical landscape. Coltrane and his group take me on a journey. I think he is my favorite jazz tenor sax player.
ОтветитьThose runs near the end of Coltrane's solo 🤯🤯🤯
ОтветитьGeniales!❤️👍
ОтветитьGracias!!!!!
ОтветитьAbsolute tuneroon
ОтветитьCould have done without the oscilloscope!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThis os the only way to touch the sky
ОтветитьHermoso.
ОтветитьWynton Kelly so crisp and beautiful!
ОтветитьThe way John Coltrane plays the melody (plays all melodies) or "the head" is what makes him so special.
ОтветитьExcellent 👍
