There's something sleek about wasps and bees that other insects don't have. I find my reaction towards them much more rooted in fear than in the typical disgust like with other insects.

Hornets and wasps are bullies of insect world. They are like insect Russians obeying Putin. They are annoying, carnivore predators, they do not make honey and they are not make flower-sitting like bees and bumblebees. Also wasps and hornest can't lost their sting these hellish mtfckrs are agressive like sh*t, human sweat can very hardly p*ss them off, these 'little demons' even can painfully bite you with biters full of the same toxine they have in sting which can cause massive swelling even for person who is not allergic on their sting. Those whose are allergic on wasp or hornet sting - R.I.P. Wasps and hornets are spreading deseases, they are laying their eggs into deceased and sometimes even alive animals, wasp larvas are carnivores just like their parents so I don't want to discribe such disgusting methods of their growing up inside of another creature... In Christian folklore they represents demon Belzebub so - no thank you.

As a child my dad always taught my to stay still, let Bees or Wasps sniff around me because they’ll always just fly off and let me be. He was totally correct until a school sports day when I leant back and put my hands on the grass and unfortunately I happened to squish a wasp which stung my hand and fk it hurt and since then I’ve been completely pathetic about anything bee/wasp near me! Ridiculous?!!!!

In fall they get super aggressive and attacks my dog . Even if you are no where near nest of anywhere usually just yellow jacket tbh from end august to early October ugh . Everyone else leaves me alone including paper wasp .

They can be friendly. One got in my house and was hanging out by the window for two days. Instead of killing it, I gave it a dab of sweet and sour sauce. It crawled over, finished the droplet of sauce and I repeated this like 5 times. Then I put some sauce on a plastic cup. It crawled right in, let me take it outside, then even hung out on my door handle as it cleaned itself. They’re like little flying cats.

I don’t like how this video just lumped social and solitary wasps together. We don’t mind SOLITARY wasps and those are the ones we should be more educated on because they usually don’t sting unless seriously provoked they have no queen or nest to protect. SOLITARY wasps are the ones that give us figs and orchids. The wasps that are a problem are the social ones with the big nests they always need to “protect” even when you’re several feet away. They’re the ones people hate and the ones that give wasps a bad name.

I just killed 6 of them and I feel no remorse whatsoever. In fact I'm celebrating. It's been an ongoing war on my back porch of my apartment. I've got yellow jackets,wasps,paper wasps, hornets and now giant Asian hornets. It's a mixture of them and there's alot of them. No nests but I think that's because they're in the 2 trees hanging over my porch. Either way, I hate them damn things!😂😂

I'm allergic to their stings. They're still a-holes. But today I saw one that was crawling and couldn't fly anymore on my driveway. I couldn't squish it.
Little bit later and I noticed some ants carrying the wasps carcass off to their nest.

Wasps are cool! Just blow if they get too close. Never flap or swat, wasps can attack over and over, unlike honeybees that die if they sting. Place torn coloured paper near their nests and they will incorporate it into a beautiful design! Wasps say "hello" and move on. Who needs fantasy creatures when wasps are around?!

It’s stupid how people don’t see how every animal that exists has a purpose. Just cause your lazy ass is sitting eating tubs of ice cream and they fly around you doesn’t mean anything! Most cases of stinging is because the people swatted or attacked it.

I hate them and destroy their nests every time they try to build one around my house. I’ve been stung by yellow jackets that build their nests in the ground when I do lawn work. No thank you. You sting me, I’m coming back to destroy their home at night 😂

They aren't pest control really, A ton of live around me just like everything else including bees. The ants do more work as pest control goes and are the real exterminators, bees are the real pollinators. There really is no need for them, they also take out bees.
