This is an abomination for anyone familiar with real Bolognese. The Mire Poix was turned into a mush like consistency that they would serve for toothless people at the local Nursing Home. You should be able to see the carrot, the celery and some onion in this sauce. I make this all the time but in Italy, they would laugh at all of the shortcuts taken to produce this dumpster heaven sauce. Whatever floats your boat.

Just use the fat that's there.
