What is Home Staging?

Do you have several sets of furniture? Not all furniture looks right in different properties.

I have staged my previous property for sale and really enjoyed it.

Whats the difference with interior design

But what a brilliant idea. Imagine doing something you burn for and have the eye for it and getting paid! Not only am I good at creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere but I can do carpentry as well and have built a few furnitures and other things too. I also design rooms using a designing app. Iv fully furnished quite a few homes for friends and family along the years, and I loved every minute of it. However, I get too excited and can go over board at times 😅

I also keep a portfolio of ideas and designs and constantly add to it. Would love to make a business out of it!

My only question is, can I start off home staging while I have a full time job ?

With the property market being a sellers market right now, do you think home staging is ecen required these days?
