ОтветитьDone day6! I always feel the burn Rebecca! Thank you. That first routine, (without weights), I felt the burn how much more after! Whoa. Also the reversed push up pumps got me blazing phew! Congrats to all. Let's keep the fire burning🔥

ОтветитьAmazing. I am so glad I came across this workout searching for something I could do with a sprained ankle. What a pearl I have missed these last years. My feet may lack some strength but with some modifications ( more static, less moving the feet, sometimes sitting on a chair but lifting up to 5 kg) it was a great workout. Thank you
