-So,Here are a few things that i took from this particular video. 1.Focus is a choice. 2.We don't need to think what we cean achive in the future. but what we can do right now. Distraction can be everything . like a chair or a lamp .

Wow Christina that was brilliant 15 mins of gold now this message is more important today than ever we are loosing our attention span so rapidly a range of reasons scrolling is a huge one and short video reels. The bit where you mentioned you were worriked that in the future there will be 2 types of people the slaves and those who have the ability to navigate through the distraction and adapt is definelty coming into fruition

Forget all distractions focus on the present I like this woman she knows how to talk and maintain my attention or should I say FOCUS

The problem with focus at work is that we are not given much time to master one thing like this champion whose only target in the world was to be the best at shooting a given target. We are asked to do multiple things at a time and to know multiple things at once. Companies demand so much from their employees. That's why even a motivated employee ultimately loose meaning in their craft. Companies that we work for don't promote employee's mastery. They just want you to get work done in a given time in one or the other way. That's why many low level employees remain at one stage and can never become a champion in one craft.
