What is the way to heal anything and everything?

Definitely a divine master like any of the other spiritual masters be they Jesus, Muhammad, Krishna, Buddha, Quan Yin, Gneis,and the countless other great souls who helped sow the seeds of enlightenment in us through their showing us the path that we will eventually choose for ourselves. And each one is humble and their messages simple. Love ourselves and others with all our hearts.even those who have hurt us most. As we are all evolving and all make mistakes so we need to forgive ourselves and others for being human. We all get there eventually but we can cut out a lot of suffering by listening to their teachings and way of life. Love is the opposite of fear. Always choose love and you won’t go wrong. And that means loving yourself and having healthy boundaries yourself fr rat and foremost as only then can you extend that to others. ❤
