Im so unsure with every answer i give, my first thought is : maybe that's Not True, maybe im just answering based on what the 'right' answer is? That makes me so anxious because i feel like an imposter. Do i have adhd Idk but i feel like it sometimes i can focus so much noone can disturb me sometimes I'm so messy hyperactive and forgetful even though i remember what to do i don't do it i usually find me self scrolling am i lazy or do i have adhd?

Having ADHD with hardcore childhood trauma is the worst. I can’t sleep because my mind wonders then falling asleep 6hrs later and having nightmares about it. After that I’m just afraid to sleep. I need therapy but my area doesn’t have a lot to offer. 3hrs away from the better options doesn’t help either.

The lack of medication may also be not a personal choice. For example, in my country adderall and similar stimulators are considered heavy drugs and are illegal to use even with prescription. So sometimes things are even worse...

During the don't all need meds part. I thought to myself; "I use caffine! No Ethan leave the can of monster in the bag till I get on my train! Although it's odd that I'm in my nana's study without a lucozade"...then realised I still have the taste of my cuppa tea still on my tounge. Maybe I don't need an inbetween drink just yet.

i literally caught myself spacing out during the video

well I've had hyperactivity since umm... always. Like I can't stop moving. I have to move something, either my feet fast. Or the pen in my hand. Or whatever I can move that isn't seen. but. My focus isn't THAt bad. It's like alright, not rlly good, not good either, but its alright. I really don't know if I have ADHD and proly will never find out because I always convince myself thats its an excuse and I won't ask my parents to go to the doctor cuz they'll say I am trying to find an excuse and they'll just waste money so yeah. There is a feeling that everyone around me acumulate info a lot easier. It takes them a lot less time to do some tasks than it takes me time to do the same tasks(but I always tell myself this is because I don't learn enough or find another reason) so, IDK what to think.
