Hmm, can't judge anything by the footage really. It could just be the guy was asking her if she was ok? The young girl's body language seems awkward from the start and she almost directly approaches the man. The woman walking by looks like people I know that get involved in everything they walk past. It appears she noticed the young girl and man, couldn't walk past them so changed her mind, went into the shop and hung out near the door listening in or watching the interaction. Then she makes her move and comes out. The man doesn't seem awkward, nervous or guilty, he seems concerned and like he almost appreciated the old ladies care factor for the young girl so would need audio to properly judge what is occurring here. I don't trust witnesses any more... people seem to lie or change reality at any chance these days
