ОтветитьI'm 60, have struggled with weight my whole life. Did have years here and there where I was thin and body building. Loved it. How is it that I've turned into this dumpy lump of a person just in a few short years?!?!?! I literally eat and eat and eat. So weird. I'm fat. Like not even ok. I'm tired. Have little desire to do ANYTHING. So annoying. I'm a wealthy professional and have a lot to live for. I used to eat sensibly, intermittent fast, no food from 4pm-10am. Now? I feel like I'm being controlled by food demons.
I know we care very much about one another in these commentary sections bc we share the same plight. All of you good people out here send me prayers and powerful mind positivity to get me going. Thank you. Love to all ....

ОтветитьI tried HRT. It got rid of the hot flashes. Those seemed to be the worse for me because they brought on a lot anxiety. But now I have cysts all around my vagina. inside & out 😭😭😭 If I would've known that was going to happen I never would've done it. The doctor didn't mention anything about side effects. She just told me to read to pamphlet that came with the product. And who does that..........?????? what a mistake. She could've warned me. I wish I could sue. So embarrassing. 😢😢😢 I still have hot flashes and it's been 8 years😥😢😭 Could you suggest a more detailed keto diet please. Thx. Love your videos
Ответить65 now and had zero menopause symptoms. I’m 5ft1 and 145lbs (67k). Over the last 3-4yrs my weight had piled on around the middle. Almost everyone says it’s an inevitable part of getting older. I know i have good strength and constitution (rarely get ill despite little exercise and so-so diet). My thoughts now is how to treat my body better so i don’t get ill later on. Thankyou!
ОтветитьMy mother is 90 and looks 20 years younger. She lives alone and does everything by herself. She never did any formal exercise but walks everywhere and carries heavy groceries home. ( Doesn’t drive). She ate healthy and never any fast food or junk food. She’s about 4’10 and weighs about 100 lbs. She eats 3 healthy meals a day and no snacks.

Now May 31 145
15 lbs
I feel a little better.
I started walking also
About 2 miles a day outside.
When it gets hard to loose weight
I don’t give up.

Almonds are curbing my appetite and hunger. I only eat a small amount of carbs. My stomach just hurts like someone put cement there.
I’m hoping if I get to 130 lbs the stomach will stop hurting me.
Because they eat crap and refuse to remember their yoga days with only green juices. This is outdated.

ОтветитьI do this with hiking but not running. I try to pick trails with at least three or four intense hills and where I can rest after the climb. It truly feels wonderful! For myself, I then use some CBD gummies (no thc) but added passionflower and vitamins within the gummies, do backbends and forward bends to keep my spine supple and not seizing, and have the best sleep of my life. I have an awful neighbour, so sleep is an issue, particularly in the summer months. Talk about stress!

I'm finfing if i exercise more my weight is going up even though im doing IHT interval traing walking of high and low intensity i guess 3 mins on 3 mins off i guess 3ins is not enough recovery and im doing it for around 23-30mins. ОтветитьIt's very ambiguous to say to strengthen the other side because I even got home on replacement I got testosterone 100 some it doesn't make any sense the body changes the fat goes from the hips to the stomach and if you have trouble holding on to the the muscle that's why young women don't know what they look good give them the feminine look the hormones let me look in the mirror and they admire how they look when they're young but it has nothing to do with going to the gym it's all

ОтветитьI’m 54 and my menopause hell… I cannot take the heat at all! And I sweat uncontrollably whenever I’m up and moving around… and then when I’m sitting I’m so cold I can’t stand it! I now take a sleep med for sleep…I’m a hot mess and I need help!

ОтветитьGoing through Menopause - don't have any of that. Thank god! I eat a lot of fish and seafood - vegetables and fruit. I drink coconut oil a lot and brush my teeth with that and bi carb mixture! I still eat what I want - but food I've cooked - not rubbish crap from Fast Food places. 'They' want us all sick - I won't be one of them. Even hate general tablets.
ОтветитьOMG! I have been in perimenapause for 5 years and finally hit menapause last year. I gained a full size around my midsection. I have been working out like a crazy person! That always kept me slim. Not anymore. I've even gained more weight! This video makes sense and I dont understand why more doctors dont tell you the truth! They want to push HRT. I started estradiol 2 months ago and Im sleeping better but the weight is not coming off. I've wanted to pull my hair out and never felt so awful and less sexy in my life. Im going to put all of these steps into action and see if the inches fall off around my waist. I just want my body back! Aging for women is a cruel joke! I hope this video is life changing! 🙏

ОтветитьI'm 57 and in better shape than ever. I carb cycle. It's very easy and I exercise about 3 days a week but it's enjoyable exercise. Eating good food matters.
ОтветитьI am doing this. I am on the treadmill on 10 incline, 5 speed for 30 minutes. I go sit drink water. Then I lift weights . Then rest drink water. Go walk a mile on the track or play pickleball. I am 56 doing 1200-1400 calories a day. I have lost 10 pounds. I sleep like a baby. Usually about 71/2 hours. I have more energy. I take a lot of vitamins. Collagen, multivitamin, probiotics and whatever my husband reads is good for us. Menopause gave me fat where I never had fat. I am going to lose 80 pounds and be done with eating out and menopause fat.

ОтветитьIt's visceral fat. That fat you can't "suck in", when you try to suck in your gut. Interestingly, it's the first fat to go with a non-processed food or carnivore diet.
