Big Boss' Z-Secret costume is actually his MGS3 debriefing suit, where he salutes to The Boss' grave. The "She was a true patriot" outfit.
Green Knuckles could be a reference to the Archie comics, when he was green for some reason.

Do a video on the stages from Project M and Project+.

It'd be nice to get a Samus costume based off the Zebes Invasion gamebook's design. Maybe a ZSS skin with the long black-hair?

Squirtle didn’t get a Squirtle Squad costume? That would’ve been my first thought.

What are some of these stages? Luigi's section looks like it was filmed in Ghostly Galaxy and Toon Link's is Ganon's Tower in The Wind Waker. Are these even stages in Project M or Project+?

Vampire Wario isn’t based on his transformation in WL3. It’s based on his appearance in Dr. Mario 64 where he actually had the appearance in game

Also, Knuckles roughly had the same lighter palette in Chaotix just as Mania did

I keep saying it, Nintendo could make a lot of money by selling alt costumes for the actual fighters in Smash, not just the Mii Fighters.

Some of your references are wrong. For example the windwaker shield was in windwaker not a reference to the deku shield.

This should be in later smash games on like the switch 2 or something

For Knuckles's blue and green colors, they both complete the Team set for team battles.

For Knuckles's yellow color, I think it's a reference to Super Sonic.

For Sonic's R secret costume, I think he looks like his Werehog form from Sonic Unleashed.

The red Lucario actually seems to be a reference to Pokken Tournament. In that game, when both players picked the same Pokemon, one of the players would get a different color scheme, and Lucario's different color scheme was that same red.
As for Sonic's PM red costume it's actually a reference to Super Mario Bros. Z. At one point in the series, Sonic gets a fire flower, and turns into Fire Sonic, which shares the exact same color scheme as this costume, right down to the red and white shoes.
The black Knuckles might be a reference to Sonic the Fighters. In that game, if 2 players pick the same character, a cutscene would play that has Eggman create a shadow clone of the character that one of the player would control, and the black Knuckles color looks similar to that shadow clone. The only difference is the buckle/lego piece thing on the shoes being a different color, but otherwise, it's very close.

For the Kongs, the other two Boxer Kongs (Pink and Blue) could be nods to other Punch-Out player characters (training montage Little Mac's pink hoodie and the playable boxer from Super Punch-Out). Hooded Diddy could arguably be rebranded as a nod to Conker's hoodie and how he guest starred in Diddy Kong Racing on the N64.
