The only way this will stop, is if they change the system, into harsher punishment in prison or jail, whichever, if they do this once, they get house arrest for about 2 to 3 years minimum, and they pay a fine, of 5,000 or more, they do this the second time, they are going to prison for 15 plus years, and a fine of 25,000, the third offense, 30 to 35 years into prison, and a fine of 75,000. This will definitely stop then from taking their money, into a risk, and a high one too, no one will even look or even try to do this, cause im not trying to spend that much time and money in prison, for a couple thousands of dollars.

put the national guard on the border, develop multiple strike teams to intervene immediately, and a surrounding network of support to help local offices. Tunnels are used to move drugs, not people. Cut the people from coming across, then legalize all drugs, rake in the tax money, and make it unsustainable for the cartel. Making drugs illegal has proven to do absolutely nothing other than lose potential tax dollars, ruin lives in legal systems, and promote cartels.

If someone wants to do drugs, they are going too, most people aren't interested in meth, and heroine. Cartels barley even operate in cocaine, and not at all in weed.
