ОтветитьKim I'm a 75 year old who has been fit most of my life. Yoga/stretch/weightlifting/swim 12000 yards a week/2-3 hour long walks a week. IE I consider myself fairly advanced. Your little session there was just excellent. You are as good of an instructor as I've seen or taken classes from personally. That was excellent Kim!!! I do standing abs 4x a week but I was looking for something precisely like this to augment my program.
Again as a very experienced fit person I can say that this little ten minutes is GREAT for people of all ages and fitness levels. Your teaching methods are excellent and your alternative moves make this video wonderful for people of all fitness levels and ages. You're the best Kim!
I have a total disconnection between my lungs and my core muscles. The slightest contraction of my core area blocks my entire belly, lungs included. No matter how many therapists I have consulted, they didn't help my situation at all, only made it worse. I can still walk fine (up to 6 miles per day), but any jump, run, jog, or punch-like motion is a big NO for my body. And I'm not even 30 years old...

ОтветитьDear Kim. Thanks for this 10 minute core routine for seniors. I´m 74 and had a year off from being active due to prostate cancer treatment. The testosterone suppressant and lack of motivation saw me put on a lot of fat around the middle and allowed my back to go out easily with routine chores like firewood. In only 3 days of your core workout,my back pain is gone. I wonder what other miracles I have to look forward too.
