I can’t change my country

It won’t let me change my region/country it says: You cannot change the store front information for your account at this time.

Do you have to pay all of you subscriptions like I’m lost

Ok to say I’ve had the problem for a good month. I couldn’t update any apps or even remove my card off my phone. I’ve came to the conclusion to just factory reset and deal with the lost of all my things. I also recommend it as well if u wanna back it up before factory resetting do so. It worked for me and I don’t have to deal with this problem anymore hope people see this and realize it works.
