ОтветитьHello Ian n Ana I m planing to visit to Jordan for 8 days what you suggest where stay is it better to stay in Aqaba or Amman n how many days to stay at Aicha tent n how many days to visit Petra please I will appreciate your reply
ОтветитьGreat video. It makes me miss Jordan so much. I have studied Arabic there many many years ago, and it was among the happiest times of my life.
Hope to visit Jordan again soon.
I remember that time some friends and I travelled Wadi Rum. No tourists at all, long before mass tourism. We also stayed overnight outside but with no tents or any protection at all. And we four adult males became afraid during the night because somebody has talked about "Camel Spiders" to us before. To this day I do not want to know if they are real. 🙂
But the sky in the night was incredible - especially for me it was fasciating as I studied physics and astronomy. Wow...
And then in the absolute quietness of the desert next morning we heard a soft low sound. First we did not know... but then we saw it was a boy with some sheep playing his nai (a kind of flute). It was a fairy tail.
I don't think today you can have that experience anymore, too many people with "bucket lists".
When it comes to the food I honestly must say that Maqluuba and Mansaf were not among my most favourite dishes. But hummus in Amman is a dream. And Kufta... and Qanaafa of course.
I miss that country!
Jordanians are very disrespectful to Western women. They harass, make camel noises when walking by Western women, try touching. Outrageous behavior.
ОтветитьOmg how MUCH I miss my hometown Jordan 😞 coming to California was a mistake for sure

ОтветитьI used to live in Amman, Jordan for three years! And it was an amazing time there we moved to a country in Africa last year!
I honestly miss Jordan, we went to so many memorial places like Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Jerash, the Jordan River, E.T.C.
Also the currency is called Jordanian Dinars. Also i hated swimming in the Dead Sea because i always cut myself from doing sports, overall it was an amazing place!
As a Jordanian but born and grew up in Canada I like learning about the place of my parents through vlogs like these ❤

ОтветитьYo, what about prices? How much it cost to visit these places for a week?
ОтветитьThe US State Department has a travel warning advisory against travel to Jordan. The country has been rocked by instability due to the influx of refugees from Syria & Iraq & there have been large protests against the government. The only place worth visiting in Jordan is Petra & the Dead Sea, near the Israel border. Amman is a shithole. Nothing worth seeing there.
ОтветитьI love you guys Awesome 👌 👏
ОтветитьThe dead sea is in israel not jordan!!
