ОтветитьSorry to break the news, but if you are overweight and have a belly no amount of exercises will give you a flat stomach. A flat stomach is achieved by eating less and dieting. Exercises help to get toned muscles, but if you have extra kilos forget about the flat stomach 😊

Planks, sit ups gives yoi a six pack but do not get rid of the fat that covers it
6 days a week.
Plank (30 seconds; increase each week +10 seconds)
bicycle crunches (15 sets; increase each week +5 the sets)
leg raises (10 times; increase each week +2)
bird-dogs (20 sets; hold for 2 seconds per side; increase each week +2 the holding time)

will you strengthen your abs and core in general? Yes. Will you "lose" belly fat with just these exercises? No. You can't target where you will lose fat.
