Someone needs to investigate Detective Viverito immediately for the inappropriate relationship she was allegedly having with one of the defendants. How is this not a massive red flag?

This kind of unethical behavior completely undermines any credibility she might have had. If these allegations are true, it’s a blatant abuse of her position and she has no business being involved in this case—or any case—if she can’t maintain basic professional boundaries. It’s absolutely infuriating that this hasn’t been called out more. People like her are the reason so many lose faith in the system.

Attorney Hylton sounds to me is that she’s the witness. She’s giving the witness on the stand the answers and the witnesses is just agreeing with her.
This would not happen in other trials to let the Attorney lead the witness. Why is the defence attorney letting this happen.
