Just bought this same microwave after researching other brands. SUPER HAPPY with my GE microwave.

I just bought the same one that I found on promotion at Lowe's, i didn't check carefully before purchasing it that it was a bit crushed on the outside! but that's not the problem, the problem is that it gets too hot on the outside! is this normal?

Such a failure in design. Who readily knows the WEIGHT of their food? Did kindergartners design this?
