This is one reason China has built there "at-sea" military bases in the South China Sea. An area they have no rights or claims to, but have stolen the area to build their man -made military outposts.

The incredible water & chemicals from the great worldwide flood a mere 4300 or so years ago created these very rapidly. Because this cause is intentionally removed from consideration before researching, it is impossible to gain the correct answer as to how they were formed & how long, or in this case comparatively, how short it took for them to form.
