Awesome looking miniature! Been wanting an Avatar of Lolth type of miniature, and this is even better!
ОтветитьShe is worth $40, I'm gonna try and find her
ОтветитьAwesome mini. Fits right into a new campaign we just started!
ОтветитьBeen wanting her for so long. I have a setting made for her if I ever get it. Only wish her legs were a bit more spread out or one raised like she's about to attack
ОтветитьDefinitely not interested in this mini; not at that price and not with that paint job. That is not a black widow, and her skin isn't obsidian black... That is not Lloth.
ОтветитьWow which set us the Drow with the two daggers from? Got to have him. And definitely picking up Lolth.
Ответитьfor anyone questioning Loth's "existence" in eberron that was mentioned - it is not really cut and dry - first, all deities in Eberron are conceptual - and don't exist in any of the planes within the setting. Second the Drow's primary god is a Scorpion god by the name of Vulkoor - he has some similarities to Lolth from other settings, but has no connection to Correlon or any of the other elven deities of other settings. Instead many in-setting scholars believe that Vulkoor is a amalgamation of traits from a few of gods of the Dark Six, and not his own entity. Lolth was added in some of the later, only semi-canononical sections of books as a small subsect of worship for smalll tribes in Xen'Drik - implying that she is either a trapped demonic overlord, or just a different amalgam of Dark Six gods - and out of setting was only acknowledged to make it easier to use drow and drider stat blocks from outside of the setting within the setting.
ОтветитьSo they go with clear bases so that you can see the terrain but have that white print that is clearly visible from the top? BTW - A nice review.
ОтветитьI'm somewhat disappointed by her size, I expected her to be at least as big as the Demon Lords. I do think it's a nice mini though, and if shopping arounds produces a one on sale for $40ish I am definitely okay purchasing this one. I'm just happy to have a Lolth mini that's not the old GF9 one (which is cool but the aftermarket prices are bonkers when it hits them).
ОтветитьCool model, the paint job leaves a lot to be desired. I would love a unpainted version of this, I can do a much better job.
ОтветитьLove the mini. Wish the price wasn’t so high
ОтветитьBit on the fence about it, I mean this is Magic the Gathering, what if in a year WotC makes an Underdark/Drow sourcebook and we get another art for Lolth and a new mini too? After all, this is credited as MtG not Icons of the Realms. But, this is a great looking mini, love the little spiders on her. Was not sure I would be a fan of the multiple arms but they look good on her. Also, I do wish she had thinner spider legs, her spider body usually is far more black widow-like, this is more of a tarantula.
ОтветитьNice mini
I wouldn’t mind getting one of those
But that price could be a little high I’ll have to shop around
Use her in the underdark
Nice mini. I don't mind the paint colours. Wish it was a bit bigger. For those that don't like the colour it's an easy fix, or you can wait until a non painted version comes out. Pre ordered!
ОтветитьIt's about time they made a plastic mini for the one true goddess of all multiverses! All bow down to the spider queen
Oh. Wait- just realized I want a miniature of Wee Jas. A mini of the goddess of death and magic (she knows every spell) would be nice
That’s a great looking mini! How firmly is it attached to its base? I like basing my miniatures even the pre-painted ones and that one screens for a really cool base.
ОтветитьReally excited for these magic/D&D crossovers, the decks are great, and a Lolth mini is great. Awesome video!!
ОтветитьI already got mine
ОтветитьFantastic, have wanted a Lloth miniature for a while. Now, Demogorgon and Zuggtymoy please!
Ответитьsaw her in my local game store and didn't hesitate to pick her up, she was $50 at their store ....I read RA Salvatore back when he first started writing so there's was no way I could pass this up
ОтветитьSigh... another "Must Have" along with the Adult Bronze... eh, kids don't need to go to college...;)
ОтветитьWish it was bigger.
ОтветитьShe was a wife of the elven God
ОтветитьI miss the black body, these lighter colored drow are not to my taste.
ОтветитьSick but she doesnt have a stat block in 5e. You basically just tpk your players if you toss this out
ОтветитьI bought one from Atomic Empire last week. I think I have found the big bad for my next campaign.
ОтветитьId have to completely repaint it if i ever got one. I know wotc is super woke but what drow is lolth trying to reach looking like that?
ОтветитьDo the death saves joe manganelo show sets
ОтветитьJust like critical role but darker
ОтветитьWhile there is already a mini for Arasta from Mystic Odysseys of Theros, you could just use that stat block in place to have an Aspect of Lloth in other settings
ОтветитьI would like to see a version with the legs extended up into a taller stance.
