ОтветитьI'll keep doing mine like I was taught. My grown kids love them (hate their mothers) and I loved them as a kid myself. One pot and an egg beater. Only cleanup. Use the kiss system whenever possible, "Keep it simple stupid "

ОтветитьNa! Use a ricer, then put it back on the heat and use an electric whisk to develop the starch. Works every time. That mash is way to runny it's like soup 😂

ОтветитьHere in Austria we've got 'Kartoffpüree' with maaany meals, it just goes so well with every Kraut and most Sausages too, we love it here. THIS is exactly how your parent will teach you to make smooth perfect puree potatoes, when you start learning how to cook.

PS: where I'm from there needs to be added a hint of nutmeg not only salt.

ОтветитьPerfect, my idea of mashed potatos, my missus on the other hand likes it lumpy, uncultured caveman style mash. No accounting for some peoples poor taste. Pearl before swine I say listening to the amount of negative feedback. People mock what they do not understand or in this case appreciate
