I'm no medical doctor, but in Sky's case Bloom could heal him because his heart stopped, meaning no pulse, but you don't die immediately when heart failure occurs hence why she was able to heal him. The other cases when she healed her dad and the guy at the barn those were also physical injuries. When she healed Roxy, Roxy's magical energy and physical condition was drained but she was not dead. In Nabu's case, he drained all of his physical and magical energy/spiritual energy and bloom probably was not able to heal his spirit as it seems she can only heal on the physical plain field atm. It seems she can heal on the energy/spiritual field as well, but only if there's something still available so her healing can boost the person's magical energy and their physical condition. I guess in Nabu's case, unfortunately, there was nothing left of his magical energy. 🤷‍♂️
