2nd. I was curious, on your buying keywords content remarks, do you also take a look at Google keyword planner for basic overviews of cpc cost to help give an idea of its buying worth? Or that's not worth it for you

Congrats on getting a Fortune 500 company on your enterprise plan! From your description you offered them a white-golves service, that's what any company wishes to receive. However, most companies are being pushed into a lifeless pipeline that you are trying to create too. That's essential for scalability, yes, but don't you think it's way too early? Wouldn't be wise to do that only when the volume of enterprise clients is too much to handle?
