How to unlock free gun talents! - AlphaBridge/Striker Ninjabike Hybrid

Hi agents! I have an Alphabridge / Striker hybrid for you guys today! This one was pretty fun to make and doesn't require classified gear to throw together. I got through the Resistance crate farm with this build fairly easily. You can use whatever guns and skills you would like to use, but AR's with PvE talents work best.
