I would elk hunt when I lived in Colorado, which was most of my life. The I met a beautiful blonde from South Dakota and relocated 26yrs ago. I love elk meat. It's my favorite large wild game meat. I ditched my Coleman Camp Stove and two cast iron skillets for a 22” Blackstone Griddle, stand and carrying case. So much easier clean up and takes up the same amount of room.
