I think the nurse is in on trying to kill Claire. On both occasions you can notice she is NOT there to help. She doesn't come out during the fight... and she left conveniently on the pacemaker issue.

I just love their relationship throughout the whole film ❤️

What I think makes this scene so great is how the break in takes place right after she gets home from the hospital. It's a stressful night, and Six doesn't want to make it more stressful. So when he sees the cameras go offline, he doesn't panic, tells her she should go to bed calmly and after he beats the guy half to death, he still keeps her from seeing everything. He cares about her physical and mental wellbeing. Everything's fine. No need to worry.

I often wondered how he tracked Claire and then remembered this scene when they say her pacemaker could ve tracked.
